To register under a Practice Registration

To qualify for Practice Registration you:

  • Must be NZVA members
  • Must be a NZ based clinic / staff
  • Must pay for one 3-day registration or one 2-day registration
  • Registration will be shared between a maximum of 3 people who work for the same clinic
  • Only 1 person shall attend the Congress per day

 

Registration fees

If you are a member of any veterinary association that is a member of the World Veterinary Association you will receive member rates for the Congress.  You can check the list of member associations by clicking here.

Veterinary interns, residents and PhD students are eligible for student registration pricing for the Congress.

Developing countries

To qualify for the developing country registration fee you must be from a country as listed by the United Nations Human Development Index here.

Student

Student registrants must be either completing a Bachelors or Master Degree and are required to submit proof of status during registration.

This can include an official letter/transcripts on their Institution’s letterhead OR photocopy of their Student ID with indication of Bachelor or Masters Studies.

File must be uploaded at the time of registration.

 

Letter of Invitation for Visa

If you require a visa to enter New Zealand, please visit the following website: www.immigration.govt.nz

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorisation to attend the WVAC 2020 Congress in Auckland, New Zealand will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form and full payment have been received. Letters of Invitation will not be issued to parties who have not registered and paid in full.

All Letters of Invitation will be issued at the discretion of the Congress organisers. All expenses incurred in relation to the delegate's attendance at the Congress are the sole responsibility of the delegate, and the Congress organisers hold no responsibility for the outcomes of an individual's visa application.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (less an administration charge of $150 will be made, providing notification is received by 9 March 2020. After that date no refunds will be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the 36th World Veterinary Association Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
