Abstract submission for posters
Thank you to those who have submitted abstracts for research and clinical case posters, to be displayed and presented during the Congress.
The submission period is now closed. Submissions will be reviewed and all applicants will be notified of the results by Friday 13 December 2019.
Poster presentation guidelines
Presenting a poster at WVAC 2020 is an effective way for participants to communicate their research or clinical findings to interested colleagues. Poster presentations allow for one-on-one discussion and opens doors for future collaboration. Posters are often the "presentation format of choice" for many scientists and veterinarians.
To be considered for a poster presentation by the WVAC 2020 Scientific Program Committee, you must submit an abstract no more than 500 words excluding author’s details and title.
The submission must contain author’s details, title and summary and authors must agree to the terms and conditions and the design and content guidelines.
Research or clinical case posters in the following areas will be considered:

Attendance requirements for poster presenters
All presenters must be registered for at least one day of the congress in order to present at WVAC 2020. If the primary author is not available during the scheduled presentation time, a co-author may present the poster.
